Moving

It all started on Monday when I got to watch Hannah while LauraBeth supervised the Korean movers moving them from one apartment on base to a brand new (much bigger and nicer) apartment up the hill.

LauraBeth mentors me and I watch Hannah on Thursday's so she and Jeremy can have a date night...there is more the relationship than that...Anywho...I got a couple cute pictures of Hannah in her empty new apartment not long before the place became filled with stuff.

I think Hannah is adorable and fun to play with...and since she hangs out with me some...I figured you would want to meet her.

A basket full of great chew toys and she goes after the shoe...

so I took the shoe from her and gave her a great toy designed for chewing...

...but she just found another shoe to chew!

That was the start...on Tuesday I started working on moving myself. Keep in mind that summer school started on Tuesday and is from 8:00 to 12:00. So I have moved in half days.

Monday...help the Rhodes move...go the bed at a decent hour.

Tuesday...still living in old apartment...in new apartment, move Pam's stuff into her new room...redically rearrange furniture in both bedrooms...make minor adjustments to the living room...go back to old apartment and finish packing up all my stuff...go to bed around 12:00.

Wednesday...in the pouring rain move all of my belongings to new apartment except for the clothes from my Oakjohn, my pillow, and two plants...organize the kitchen...get overwhelmed about 7:00 p.m....press on...go to bed around 2:00 a.m....my first night in my new apartment.

I can't imagine why I was overwhelmed!

Thursday...get home from summer school around 2:00...clear out the laundry room...clean the floor....rearrange things...meet Jeremy at the Main Gate around 6:00...eat dinner with Jeremy and LauraBeth...watch Hannah (more accurately, watch a movie while Hannah sleeps)...Jeremy drops me off at the House around 9:15 p.m. where a group of teachers from ICS met to pray for our school...get home around 11:20 p.m....finish putting the laundry room back together...work on my Father's Day gift...go to bed at 2:00 a.m.

Friday...hit the snooze button twice on the alarm clock...not able to answer math questions at summer school because I am so tired...run errands until my hands are so full I am forced to return home with my purchases...finish running errands...meet Jamie at the Main Gate at 5:00 p.m....Go to my old apartment for my clothes, plant, and pillow...unload stuff the new apartment...go eat dinner at Chili's...Return home....upload pictures...write this blog...only to lose most of my work and have to redo it!...go to bed at ?????

Saturday...sleep in!....finish settling everything in my apartment minus my room...that waits until Tuesday when I get a dresser and another piece of furniture.
