Roadkill

I just thought I would do a quick blog about Roadkill. I have photographed the Roadkill pile that is outside our our building. I took the picture from a window on our apartment floor's landing. Below is a picture of the Roadkill pile up close. Do you see anything good? If you will notice, there is a maroon plaid couch nearly burried in the Roadkill pile. Why is that the same couch from an earlier post? Yes. PRAISE GOD! We inherited a very soft-sink-when-you-sit down couch. We added our old couch to the roadkill pile. It has been out there a week now and no one has claimed it. I can't imagine why! It was so comfortable and pretty. This is the normal caliber of the stuff we find...but you never know when you will find treasure.
And treasure I did find! A small dresser was on top of those black things. I snagged it up real quick. Dressers are hard to come by. For a very short amount of time I thought about leaving the dresser for Christine (the person moving into my room) but that only lasted maybe five minutes. The thing is in one piece, decent to look at, only has a minor defect on the bottom right corner of it, and best of all the drawers open so smoothly! You can't ask for much better than that. So below I have posted a picture of my newest roadkill. It moves with me in a few days.
